The property was built in 2002. There are 3 large bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

The swimming pool is very regularly maintained.

A maid cleans and services the property before and after each rental period.

Marble floors throughout, and remote controlled air conditioning.

Kitchen : Fully equiped modern kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob, elec oven, and dishwasher. Kitchen table and chairs for 6 people.

Dining Room : Dining table with seating for 6 people.

Living Room : Large lounge with comfortable seating and television.

Bedroom 1 : A double bed with en-suite bathroom, and leads on to a veranda with romantic views.

Bedroom 2 : Two single beds (can form a double bed)

Bedroom 3 : Two single beds (can form a double bed)

Outside : There is a large private pool with poolside furniture and a beautiful garden with a gazebo. There are stunning views of the mountains and sea.

Parking for 2 to 3 cars

Electricity : 220/240 Volts. A standard three pin British plug is used.
